1. Information We Collect

• Google account basics (name, email, avatar) to create your profile and grant credits.
• Uploaded selfies and generated images stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 for processing and delivery.
• Usage metadata (timestamps, selected style, generation status) to support troubleshooting and feature planning.

2. How We Use Data

Your data powers credit tracking, AI generation, and product analytics (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to the founding team and trusted infrastructure services.

3. Storage & Retention

Uploaded files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets. We aim to expire originals within 30 days post-generation. Generated portraits stay available while you have credits; you may delete specific results by reaching out to support.

4. Your Choices

You can request data exports or deletion by emailing support@halloweenphotomaker.com. Deleting your account removes remaining credits.

5. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking

We use GA4 for aggregate analytics with IP anonymization. Session cookies are limited to authentication and consent preferences. Review our Cookie Policy for details.

1. Overview

Halloween Photo Maker ("Service") lets you transform selfies into stylized Halloween portraits powered by AI. The Service is owned and operated by Mirkan CALISKAN and offered under the halloweenphotomaker.com domain. Using the Service means you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts & Credits

• Google Sign-In is required; you are responsible for securing your account.
• New users receive complimentary credits. Credits will be required per generation once the AI worker is live.
• Credits are non-transferable and promotional grants may expire at Halloween season end.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that violates any law, infringes third party rights, or contains explicit or hateful imagery. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that trigger safety flags.

AI output is generated programmatically and may occasionally misfire. If you encounter problematic results, contact us at support@halloweenphotomaker.com.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process those photos for the sole purpose of producing AI outputs. Generated images are provided for personal, non-commercial use until a formal licensing policy is set.

Credit purchases, pricing, and refund eligibility are covered in our Refund Policy. Promotional credits have no cash value.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files saved to your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your session, apply consent choices, and measure how Halloween Photo Maker is used.

• Essential session cookies keep you signed in with Google and secure your progress through the generation flow.
• Preference cookies store the opt-in you make on the consent banner once it ships, so we do not ask every visit.

3. Third-Party Tools

We use Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Google for authentication, and GA4 for analytics. These providers may set their own cookies to deliver the service. We do not allow ad networks or retargeting pixels on the site.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in and credit tracking. When available, the in-product consent banner lets you adjust analytics preferences without leaving the app.

Refunds cover credit purchases made directly through Halloween Photo Maker. Marketplace transactions or third-party bundles fall under their respective policies.

2. Before You Buy Credits

• Preview art styles on the homepage gallery to understand typical AI results.
• Ensure you have strong Wi-Fi or cellular data; poor connectivity can interrupt uploads or downloads.
• Confirm your Google account has sufficient storage and permissions to complete sign-in.

3. Eligibility

• Technical issues such as failed renders or undelivered portraits qualify for a replacement credit or refund.
• Duplicate charges will be reversed once verified against payment processor logs.
• Change of mind alone is not refundable once a render begins, since GPU time is immediately consumed.

4. How to Request

Email support@halloweenphotomaker.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your Google account email, transaction ID, and the prompt or style you attempted. Most issues are resolved with replacement credits first.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and could suspend your account while the investigation is in progress.

6. Updates

We will revise this policy when pricing or payment providers change. Stay informed by checking the Legal Center before purchasing new credits.
