1. Overview

Halloween Photo Maker ("Service") lets you transform selfies into stylized Halloween portraits powered by AI. The Service is owned and operated by Mirkan CALISKAN and offered under the halloweenphotomaker.com domain. Using the Service means you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts & Credits

• Google Sign-In is required; you are responsible for securing your account.
• New users receive complimentary credits. Credits will be required per generation once the AI worker is live.
• Credits are non-transferable and promotional grants may expire at Halloween season end.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that violates any law, infringes third party rights, or contains explicit or hateful imagery. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that trigger safety flags.

AI output is generated programmatically and may occasionally misfire. If you encounter problematic results, contact us at support@halloweenphotomaker.com.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process those photos for the sole purpose of producing AI outputs. Generated images are provided for personal, non-commercial use until a formal licensing policy is set.

5. Payments & Refunds

Credit purchases, pricing, and refund eligibility are covered in our Refund Policy. Promotional credits have no cash value.

6. Updates

Terms may change as we prepare for launch. We will post updates here and highlight major revisions in weekly progress notes.
