1. Overview
Refunds cover credit purchases made directly through Halloween Photo Maker. Marketplace transactions or third-party bundles fall under their respective policies.
2. Before You Buy Credits
- Preview art styles on the homepage gallery to understand typical AI results.
- Ensure you have strong Wi-Fi or cellular data; poor connectivity can interrupt uploads or downloads.
- Confirm your Google account has sufficient storage and permissions to complete sign-in.
3. Eligibility
- Technical issues such as failed renders or undelivered portraits qualify for a replacement credit or refund.
- Duplicate charges will be reversed once verified against payment processor logs.
- Change of mind alone is not refundable once a render begins, since GPU time is immediately consumed.
4. How to Request
Email support@halloweenphotomaker.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your Google account email, transaction ID, and the prompt or style you attempted. Most issues are resolved with replacement credits first.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and could suspend your account while the investigation is in progress.
6. Updates
We will revise this policy when pricing or payment providers change. Stay informed by checking the Legal Center before purchasing new credits.
